Flat-for-Land Construction

Let your plot gain value — under assurance.

As a landowner, get the answer to the most important question at contract stage: will the project be completed as promised?

How it works

Flat-for-land in four steps.

In flat-for-land construction the landowner gives the plot to a contractor; the contractor builds the building and, in return, pre-agreed units go to the landowner while the remaining units belong to the contractor. The ratios and terms are set out in the contract.

  1. 01

    Your plot is assessed

Zoning, plot size and surroundings are reviewed and feasibility is clarified.

  2. 02

    An architectural concept is prepared

A plot-specific site plan and floor layout are prepared and the units that will come to you are defined.

  3. 03

    Contract and assurance

The flat-for-land agreement is settled together with Falcon Assurance.

  4. 04

    Construction and handover

Our site delivers the project in line with the construction drawings; units are handed over.

Falcon Assurance

The Falcon difference: completion cover.

We place this uncommon practice at the forefront of our flat-for-land agreements. The scope and terms of cover are shared with the parties concerned at the contract stage of each project.

01

Completion Insurance

Places the completion of the project within the scope stated in the contract under insurance cover. A promise rests not on goodwill alone, but on assurance.

02

Construction-Completion Insurance

Adds a further layer of assurance against the risk of construction being left unfinished, so the landowner can feel secure at every stage.
