Structural Strengthening and Insulation

External Wall Insulation

We install external wall insulation systems that cut heat loss and damp problems while renewing the look of the building, tailored to each project.

About this service

External wall insulation means fixing insulation boards to the outer surface of a building so that they form a continuous shell. It reduces thermal bridges, lowers the risk of condensation and mold on inner surfaces, and balances heating and cooling demand. Applied correctly, it becomes a lasting investment rather than a cosmetic refresh.

The insulation material, such as stone wool or EPS, is chosen with the surface condition, building height and fire-safety requirements in mind. Adhesive, anchors, reinforced render and finishing coat are installed as parts of one system, following the manufacturer’s recommendations. The finished façade is checked for both insulation performance and a clean, even appearance.

  • Façade surface inspection and preparation
  • Stone wool and EPS insulation board installation
  • Anchoring, mesh and reinforced render layer

Why BŞ Falcon

Energy efficiency

A continuous insulation shell reduces heat loss, raises indoor comfort and helps keep heating and cooling costs on a steadier course.

Refreshed appearance

Insulation repairs and renews an aged façade at the same time, and colour and texture options update the exterior of the building as a whole.

Protecting the structure

The outer shell shields structural elements from abrupt temperature swings and rainfall, slowing the progress of façade cracks and moisture-related damage.

FAQ

Common questions

Do all apartment owners need to approve insulation?

Because the façade is a shared area, a decision process under the condominium rules of the building or complex is required. We support your management by preparing the technical scope for the required majority and documents.

Which insulation material should be chosen?

The material is selected according to building height, fire-safety requirements, budget and surface condition. We compare the advantages of stone wool and EPS for your building and present a reasoned recommendation. The choice also weighs long-term benefits in use, not only initial cost.

Does the weather affect the works?

Adhesive and render works are sensitive to temperature and rain, so they are planned around suitable weather. The programme is prepared according to the season, and possible delays are shared in advance. Work pauses in very wet or cold spells so quality is never compromised.
