Single coordination
You do not have to deal with separate tradespeople and suppliers; all works are managed through one team and one work programme.
Renovation and Restoration
We carry out interior renewal, installations, kitchen and bathroom works and repairs in homes and workplaces through a planned, orderly process.
About this service
Renovation means rearranging a home or workplace to suit present needs, repairing worn parts and updating how a space functions. From a small bathroom refit to the complete renewal of an apartment, we handle every job under a single plan. The goal is a space that is not just finished but practical and low in upkeep.
Scope, materials and sequence are settled at the start, and different trades such as electrics, plumbing, plaster, paint and joinery are coordinated so that none holds up another. The process stays predictable and your space is renewed with minimal disruption. At the end of each stage the work is checked, and any fault is corrected before moving on.
We do the job with the right plan, right materials and meticulous workmanship.
You do not have to deal with separate tradespeople and suppliers; all works are managed through one team and one work programme.
The works, materials and sequence are written down beforehand, reducing surprise items and unclear expectations right from the start. The planned budget is respected.
The work area is protected, debris and dust are kept under control, and neighbours and shared areas are respected throughout the renovation.

FAQ
It depends on the scope. Works like painting and covering usually need no permit, while interventions to the structure or façade may require an owners’ board decision and official permission. We clarify the relevant steps together at the survey.
For small, localised works usually yes. In large works where all installations and floors are renewed, moving out temporarily is more comfortable because of dust, noise and water or power interruptions. This is decided in advance by weighing your needs and the scope, and entered in the plan.
Duration depends on the scope, material lead times and the order in which trades follow one another. After the survey we prepare a staged programme and share any changes openly during the works. Material selections are finished before work starts so lead times are counted from the beginning.
