Çamlık Apartments

Çamlık Apartments is a 24-apartment residential project on Rıfkı Tongsir Street in İdealtepe, Maltepe (block 15355, parcel 381). Construction started in November 2021 and the building was completed and delivered in March 2023.

Bronze-brown clad balcony fronts form a rhythmic pattern across the light, textured plaster façade. Smoked-glass balustrades and anthracite aluminium joinery give the elevation a restrained yet confident presence.

The set-back attic level, with its terraces and roof windows, enriches the building’s silhouette, while the glazed corner balcony brings interior living to the street.
