Privacy Notice (KVKK)

2. Personal data we process

Name, phone number, email address, area of interest and message content you share through the contact form, and technical data generated while using the site (IP address, browser information, pages visited). Optional analytics data is collected only with your explicit consent.

3. Purposes

Responding to your enquiries, providing project and sales information, conducting pre-contract discussions, measuring and improving service quality, and meeting legal obligations.

4. Legal bases

Under KVKK Art. 5/2: necessity for the establishment or performance of a contract, the controller’s legitimate interests, and compliance with legal obligations; explicit consent for analytics cookies.

5. Transfers

Contact-form submissions are delivered to our mailbox through our website’s hosting server. If you consent to analytics cookies, anonymised data may be transferred to the measurement provider (Google Analytics). Your data is not shared with third parties except where legally required.

6. Retention

Your data is kept for as long as the purpose requires and for periods set by relevant legislation, and is then deleted, destroyed or anonymised.

7. Your rights
