Do you work on shared areas of complexes and apartments?
Yes. We plan gardens, entrances, car parks and pedestrian routes according to the needs and budget of the management, and carry out the work in stages that disturb residents as little as possible. Because shared areas need collective decisions, we involve the management board as well.
What do you consider when selecting plants?
Sun and wind exposure, soil structure, irrigation options and maintenance frequency are assessed. Species suited to the regional climate and needing little care are prioritised so that the space stays healthy in the long term.
What information is needed to start?
The location, approximate size, current condition and your expectations are enough. If photos and any existing plans are shared, a preliminary assessment before the survey can be made faster and more accurately. This lets a realistic frame for scope and budget be drawn at the first meeting.
