We work at different scales including apartment blocks, residential complexes, villas, commercial and mixed-use buildings. For each project we build a dedicated plan and team structure around its use, site conditions and expectations. This flexibility lets the right team and equipment be assigned to each need.
How involved is the project owner?
You decide the level of involvement. Regular reporting and an approval step for key decisions keep you informed, and site visits and meetings let you take part more closely if you wish. We define and write down the most suitable way of working at the first meeting.
What is needed for an initial survey?
The location and zoning status of the land, the intended building type and rough expectations are enough to begin. Sharing any documents and drawings you have makes the preliminary assessment more concrete and faster. A short site visit can support this first assessment where useful.
