Defne Apartments

Defne Apartments is a 48-apartment residential project on Sağlık Street in İdealtepe, Maltepe (block 15333, parcel 77). Construction began in March 2020 and the building was delivered in December 2022.

The long street elevation gains a steady rhythm from horizontal bands and profiled window surrounds. Teal-tinted glass balustrades and glazed corner balconies add lively depth to the light façade.

Anthracite-toned attic projections give the building a contemporary crown, while landscaping and lighting at ground level make the entrances welcoming.
