Örtülü Apartments is a boutique-scale 12-apartment residential project on Namık Kemal Avenue in İdealtepe, Maltepe (block 15709, parcel 48). Construction began in August 2016 and the building was delivered in October 2017.
Warm wood-toned balcony bands set a contemporary contrast against the white main volume. Glass balustrades and glazed balcony sections create a light, regular rhythm up the floors.
The attic level, finished with a dark cap, and planting at ground level integrate the building into its green street.
