Founded in 2015, the largest residential complex in our portfolio with 52 apartments and 1 shop.
Girne Residences is a complex of 52 apartments and 1 shop on Girne Avenue in Girne, Maltepe (block 16713, parcel 19). Construction began in March 2015 and the project was delivered in January 2017 — one of the first large-scale projects in our portfolio.
Following the levels of the sloping street, the building presents a balanced elevation of grey vertical bands and profiled window frames on a cream-toned façade. Rounded, glass-railed balconies add a gentle movement to the elevation.
Roof terraces and dormer windows complete the silhouette and keep a development of this size at a human scale.
