Tunç Apartments is a 28-apartment residential project on Tunç Street in Altayçeşme, Maltepe (block 16305, parcel 289). Construction began in March 2016 and the building was delivered in September 2017.
A cream-beige façade emphasising the central axis forms a three-part composition with warm brown vertical strips and anthracite columns. A bronze-brown canopy at the top gives the building a distinctive crown.
Wide glass-railed balconies, a horizontal louvre band on the side elevation and hedge planting at the entrance set the building in a calm environment surrounded by pines.
