About this service
Structural construction is the stage in which a building’s load-bearing skeleton is formed, and its life and safety are largely decided here. Excavation, foundations, formwork, reinforcement and concrete must be carried out to the design, with care and on record. For this reason the stage is not rushed, and checks are made carefully and regularly.
In practice, critical points such as reinforcement layout, concrete cover, concrete class and vibration are checked before each pour. Concrete samples are taken and the production process is recorded, so the building is made consistent with the design’s structural targets. Weather, curing time and formwork removal are also considered in the programme.

Can you take on only the structural works?
Yes. For buildings with design and permits ready, we can undertake just the structural works. If finishing is carried out by another team, we give the support needed for coordination between stages. In that case responsibility limits are defined clearly in the contract.
How is quality assured in structural works?
Steps such as reinforcement and formwork checks, concrete class verification and sampling are applied before each pour. We work in line with statutory supervision processes and keep production records regularly. The quality history can therefore be reviewed later by authorities or new owners.
How does weather affect structural works?
Extreme heat, cold and rain affect concrete pouring and curing. The programme is therefore planned around weather conditions, and pour timing or protective measures are adjusted where needed to preserve quality. Seasonal conditions are foreseen, so the effect on time and cost stays limited.
