Is my plot suitable for a villa?
Zoning status, slope, ground structure, road frontage and utilities are examined. We can also give technical input before purchase, showing clearly how well the plot suits your villa goals. This first analysis clearly shows both the investment budget and the limits of the design.
Can design and construction come from the same company?
Yes. When design and construction are carried out by the same team, the gap between drawings and site works narrows, decisions are quicker, and costs are clearer during the design stage. The effect of design decisions on buildability and cost becomes visible already at drawing stage.
Why is a ground investigation important for a villa?
The bearing capacity and groundwater of the soil directly determine foundation type and cost. Designs made without investigation results may need costly revision later, so we start from ground data. Investigation also reveals risks early, which reduces extra costs appearing later.
